Globaliist Inc. was founded in 2004 to provide consulting services to the public and private sector in all aspects of emergency management, planning, preparedness, response, recovery and restoration.

The mission of Globaliist Inc. is to mitigate the impact of disasters and emergencies through proven solutions and the experience of our consultants.  Globaliist Inc. is led by Mark Prutsalis, an expert in emergency and disaster management and response operations.  Mark has:

• Over 15 years of operational humanitarian relief and emergency management experience following major international and domestic natural and man-made disasters.
• A proven record of implementing complex operational projects in diverse and austere post-disaster environments through leadership, planning and appropriate use of tools and technology.
• Led and managed planning, preparedness and mitigation projects, including tabletop and functional exercise design, for governments, military, international organizations, and the public and private sector.
